Is this better than the rimsala hack?

All this patch does is use some tricks to make the game run more smoothly. Seal of Rimsala makes changes to the game itself (translation, quality of life, etc.).

Best case scenario, you could apply the FastROM patch on top of the Rimsala patch to get these new improvements, but I haven't tested that... yet.

(Edit: The readme file in the Rimsala patch has several notes about the FastROM patch, so that may actually be included in Rimsala.)

With the FastROM set to 100% of the SNES's CPU (3.58 MHz) usage, it feels like a more optimal and smooth experience for this game.
