What you need:
1. Be able to play Freedom Fighters
2. A save that has an easily done mission/sub-mission that also enables you to easily get a Pistol and a Sniper Rifle
What to do:
1. Get a Pistol and a Sniper Rifle
2. Finish the sub-mission then return to the Rebel Base (autosave)
3. Switch out the Pistol and the Sniper Rifle with the in-house Revolver and Shotgun
4. Go to another area, backtrack to the sewer then return to the Rebel Base (autosave)
5. At the Rebel Base, pause then select "Restart Location" many times
6. Switch out your Shotgun with the Sniper Rifle and see more than a thousand bullets
