Anyone know name of this RPG? (ANSWERED, No need to reply further.)

Trying to find an old RPG. Name eludes me. I recall seeing a YT vid about it and want to check it out. It resembled earlier FF1-6 style graphics and battle system however the twist was, you had to name spells before you could use them and what you named them dictated what effects they would have. Anyone know based on that info?

I THINK I have read something like this here in the repo, while randomly going through games, maybe someone else can help you.
