ANYBODY KNOW HOW MAKE HOMEMADE BUTTER? IM TIRED OF BUYING IT!

You can make homemade butter with just heavy cream and a bit of salt. Start by pouring cold heavy cream into a jar or a mixing bowl. If you're using a jar, fill it halfway and shake it vigorously for about 5 to 10 minutes. First, it’ll turn into whipped cream, and then it’ll separate into yellow butter solids and liquid buttermilk. If you're using a mixer, whip the cream on high speed until it separates the same way. Once separated, pour off the buttermilk and save it for baking. Rinse the butter under cold water and knead it gently to remove any remaining buttermilk, which helps it last longer. You can mix in salt to taste, or even herbs or garlic if you want flavored butter. Store it in the fridge in an airtight container and it should keep for several weeks. It’s simple, satisfying, and way cheaper than buying butter regularly.

@CheesyExplosive - Here, simply way to make it (here in Italy)

Before starting, place a bowl in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to optimize the process. Pour 500 grams of very cold fresh cream into the cold bowl. Turn on the electric mixer and begin whipping the cream: once it's stiff, don't turn off the mixer, but continue whipping until the liquid has separated from the fat. After about 10 minutes, the cream will begin to "curdle," meaning the fat will turn yellow and begin to solidify, sticking to the sides of the bowl. The liquids and fats are considered separated when a white, lean liquid settles on the bottom, while the flakes of solidified cream (butter) begin to stick to the mixer. At this point, turn off the electric mixer, remove the solid mixture, and strain it through a sieve, squeezing it well with a spatula. The butter should lose all the remaining liquid and will keep for longer. Set the buttermilk aside, then quickly rinse the butter and wrap it in parchment paper, shaping it as you like. Refrigerate the butter and serve. 🙂

Butter causes heart and vascular diseases. Using olive oil is more sensible,of course palm oil is also very harmful, so don't use it at all (if you can manage it :) )

Here is a simple recipe, I'll break it down step-by-step so it's easy to follow:
1. Buy butter.
2. Go home, take the butter out, put it in different container.

Voila, you got yourself a homemade butter!

One time I thought I'd try making cheese for the same reasons and funny enough I still buy cheese from the store to this day.

Find an Amish person. You'd learn first hand. Purest buttery flavor.

I know how but I'll never tell ::smirk1
