I thought I was missing something, I see there is the "garuda assistant" but it doesn't seem for installing software. But I was going to backup and wipe another I have for a fresh install anyway, so I am definitely giving garuda a try when I get around to it. I like the gui support and making snapshots/backups easy was another thing I thought was really cool about garuda. Honestly, I think it is more friendly than endeavor, but I haven't even given endeavor a try. Garuda seems to have more gui tools which is great.
