Any games like mega man/mega man zero? (psp ds 3ds ps vita ps2 ps1 only )

Edit: nor any mega man x or other mega man spinoff i want stuff that are like it not the franchise itself
and i want it 2d or pixelated (or with 3d graphics) not fully 3d

Megaman X3-X6 is on ps1. Megaman X7 and X8 are on ps2. There's a remake of Megaman X for PSP but it's not as good as the snes original.

Maybe the Strider games would scratch that itch? Strider 2 more so than the far more arcade-y first game. Strider 2 does have 3D backgrounds, but I find the look pretty charming, might be worth checking out!

Then you looking for platformer shooter games that are jumping simulators to progress the game while you trying to survive by shooting which this genre of games by my knowledge hard to come by on the platforms you listed because after Sega Genesis-era games 2D action games mostly transitioned as run and gun side scrolling shooters that you kill army of people per minute lol which naturally nothing like Megaman at all but this game is like Megaman in a cowboy setting that's the only "Megaman like game" I know lol:
