There's a pass-trans.sjs file in the romhack zip. You can open it with a text editor.
It has all the passwords. For example: Soar |through /in |the sky
The game will accept "Soar through the sky" or "Soar in the sky" as passwords.

I thought someone released a SRM hack for it a couple years ago. I might look through my old patches to see if i have it. Till then, Save States are very handy for this.
