About the Hyper Neo Geo 64 emulation on MAME.

What's the status on that? Cause I just downloaded a whole pack on Archive.org.

As of MAME 0.281 looks like they are all playable but have imperfect graphics and sound (possible crackles, static, pops, stuck audio, etc.)

improved sound emulation. it's still not perfect but kinda okay-ish.

just came back from playing roads edge and xtreme rally.

games are running alright, some occasional slowndown and sound lag but otherwise all is really playable.

Which is good, since only a few years ago the emulation for them was surprisingly spotty. Good to know it’s improving!
