A warning is not the end of the world!

This is the second time this week that a stablished member goes ballistic after receiving 1 warning and insults the staff.
Let me try to explain, a warning....

IS NOT A BIG DEAL!!!​

A warning is to inform you if you did something that's against the rules. That's all.
If you are unsure of what you can or can't do, go re-read them.

Why get immediately banned for such a silly reason? I don't get it.
Seriously you guys, can we... okay?

The only reason I would be worried about getting a warning is that those kinds of messages appear forever on your profile, and even on some sites where the members are willing to become mods, having a warning may impede their changes of making the role.

I don't think a warning is as important that we'll go "oh they would make the perfect mod too bad they got a warning 6 months ago".
What's most important, this person is active and nice to people.
People that are mean for no apparent reason even if no warnings wouldn't be considered.
So in other words I wouldn't worry about warnings, just avoid getting 3 within 30 days

I DO understand that getting a warning may be very discouraging and irksome, but it's also an opportunity to review troubling behavior before it escalates. We don't stop liking you just because we warned you, and you aren't any less welcome because of it, either.

I don't see a problem with warnings, i got one and it's no biggie, helps to remind to not do that stuff again, of course to each person its own opinions but i truly can't see why people are making such a big fuss out of it
