The item i'm looking for was originally a sword that was forged by Cleru from Summon Night Swordcraft Story, which was lost in a dungeon, then rediscovered centuries later by Micah from Rune Factory 3, who used it as material to forge another sword, which was lost in an underground cave, and centuries later, its metal was extracted by modern miners and repurposed into a surgical scalpel, and eventually, it was used by Dr Derek Stiles from Trauma Center during his Healing Touch, and then it was disposed of as chemical waste and ultimately melted into the Earth's core.
The item possesses numerous one-of-a-kind magical and technological attributes... so i can tell at a glance if it's the real deal...
