A 'General' Sub-section for the 'Emulation' Tab?

I'd like to create a post asking for folks' favorite emulation mods but it doesn't seem to fit any of the tags (e.g. 'Help', 'Guide' or 'News') nor is it a 'highest answer is the best answer' kind of deal. If it's not too much trouble, maybe an 'Emulation - General Questions' tab would be a more fitting home for it?
