A chat bot for regular question.

Hello. When I joined the site I want to talk like others and don't know much about forums. I even don't know about introduction in general talk! I see a lot of people join forum to download games or request for specific ones. But some of them ask about where they should download games or why they post moved? These question will happens more and more, so why don't add a chat box answer specific questions? I know the admin,@Spike, make site rules and a lot of good comment for new people but a lot of them won't check it. Because they are here to download games and they think rules and other things are for people have level 1(who talk here with others).
If this suggestion isn't good for sake of lack of data, please delete it.

@happymasksalesman no offense but leaving it to a bot sounds like a horrible idea, they dont know how to properly interact with people or if someone has a more specific question or problem the bot is not gonna know how to fix it, because its just a dumb AI.
