This post is not thought as a close suggestion but as a thing to consider in a far future, it's something I've been thinking since Vita was added. It's the console of my childhood that I watched on YouTube and wanted but never had along Wii U (I felt something the first time I booted Citra and Cemu in a device that runs them fine), so maybe nostalgia has done some of effect in this case.
Like, we already have PS Vita, games have a kind-of similar size, the official eShop and servers are dead, its emulation is way more developed and mature than of Vita with most of games running practically plug-and-play (the unique I had issues with was E.X. Troopers), and it's very close to be considered retro...I don't think it would be really hard. I guess the unique challenge would be Azahar and the weird file extensions it can read (yeah, I know they're the real console ones).
