tech deck dude

Does anyone remember the Tech Deck Dude or Tech Deck Dude Evolutions Zoods toys and if you do, did you own any of them years ago? I know I had a few, with a mix of the ones without arms and the ones with arms, (pictures below for reference, though not my pictures of course).
