Is it my device or just bad ROM?
So, I played Sega Rally 2 (the Dreamcast one, NTSC version because that's the only one I can find on the repo) on my emulator (Redream) and encountered loads of sound issues (strangely only during gameplay, everything else worked fine) such as terrible audio quality and sometimes slowed audio...- HatterTobias
