[help]Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence how to run 60 fps?
For some reason the patch of 60fps is not working properly in PCSX2 v2.3.141. I have searched on the internet trying to find what is happening that prevents the patch to work as intended, I used the 30fps and works fine.
