Sonic R is a Racing video game published by SEGA and developed by Traveller's Tales released on 1998 for Microsoft Windows.
This is the Windows PC version of Sonic R (1998) patched to run on modern hardware, tested in Win7 and Win10.
Update: I included Sonic R Mod Loader it is needed if you want to play on full screen, make sure to use it to change the game settings before starting the game.
