UPDATE!
I got some time to test the Tweaks patch and I gotta say, it definitely makes the game run smoother on my laptoop, updated both files to include the Teaks patch.
-To play the original game with no tweaks select "CT3.original.exe"
-To play the tweaked version, fist select "CT3Tweaks.exe" then locate the folder of where you've installed the game, finally click on "Optimize for your computer" and save, You're done, now select "CT3.exe" and it should run smooth as a butter.
