Notes:
The old copy-and-paste undubs had a problem with completely broken skits, so this patch is an attempt to rectify that.
Although the skit timings are fixed now, the lip-sync is non-functional for quite a few of the lines, and I've no clue how to fix it. Imported unmodified Japanese skit scripts produce the exact same lip-sync behaviour, so your guess about what's causing it is as good as mine. FIGS languages didn't get fixed skits, sorry.With all that said, I'd recommend just playing the PS3 version instead if you can.
