YU-NO Original NEC PC-9800 Series Version (この世の果てで恋を唄う少女ＹＵ－ＮＯ オリジナルNEC PC-9800シリーズ版) is a Visual Novel video game published by Elf released on March 16th, 2017 for the VITA.
Warning: Explicit content and adult themes.
Vita3k Compatibility: Nothing.
Despite being marked as "playable", this game crashes the emulator when it starts.
Besides that detail, the emulator will not install the English patch because it detects the files size is different (this never was the case for any other English patch).
So that's why there's no "vita3k" version.
If you were stubborn and wanted to install it on vita3k anyway, download the NoNpDrm. And install it as .zip
It will install the game in Japanese. To get the English Patch you'd have to go into the zip and copy the entire "PCSG00996" folder inside "rePatch" and paste it over the installed game on vita3k.
That is usually \ux0\app\ So just paste it in there, and merge it with the folder that's already there, overwriting everything.
The game now will be in English and crash early. Congratulations! All that was for nothing.

This patch includes:
- Full English Translation for the whole game! (Using TLwiki’s fan-translation!)
- Translated images from the fan-translation + uncensored images from PC-98!
- H-scenes! Yes, I did manage to integrate the in-game h-scenes, but since I wasn’t able to add new lines, I had to make a workaround. Although not perfect, I think it’s good enough – I did my best with the tools I have. Just keep an open mind about it and you'll enjoy it.
- The custom name works! Insert your own name in the beginning of the game and be the protagonist of this epic story!
- Translated UI and help images, thanks to Lagomorph's great work!
Vita Console: Get [NoNpDrm]
Vita3k: Get [vita3k] if exists, if not get [NoNpDrm]
Vita3k can install NoNpDrm rips, but it requires more processing power and memory. As a result, some Android devices may fail to install NoNpDrm, or take 3-4 times longer to do it. If you encounter a vita3k rip that shows up as 'demo' let me know and get the [NoNpDrm] instead.
Unless stated otherwise above, this is how to install it:
DON'T extract the .zip
Open Vita3k and choose "File" > "Install .zip" find the file, done!
1. Extract zip to ux0:/
2. Open vitashell and press triangle on the home menu and choose to refresh the livearea to make it show up.
*Requires a hacked vita with NoNpDrm & rePatch plugin (if English patched) installed.
