Bomberman: Panic Bomber (ボンバーマン ～ぱにっくボンバー～) is a Puzzle video game published by Hudson Soft released on December 22nd, 1994 for the TurboGrafx-CD.
I don't know the difference between the two, data track is identical in both, audio tracks have different CRC but it doesn't mean they are different songs.
There's probably no in-game difference.
