X-Men vs Street Fighter (Unlicensed) is a Bootleg/Fighting video game published by DVS Electronic Co. released on June 2nd, 2001 for the SNES.
When I first started playing I thought I was in demo mode and I wasn't controlling my character at all.
Turns out there's input lag and atrocious an frame rate. If you can get past that, you'll save a bunch of quarters at your local arcade parlor thanks to this hack.
