I remember seeing this being sold in Brazil as "Sonic the Hedgehog 4", but the game title screen doesn't show the number 4. It's actually a romhack of "Speedy Gonzales: Los Gatos Bandidos", made in Peru. You need to save Mario and there are some weird audio clips...
