Now with subtitles for the intro video, based on the US localization.
Huge Thanks to @Shadowmask for re-encoding the intro video with subtitles and making it look and sound good!
Original Patching script by Derek Pascarella (ateam)

I thought the English voice acting for Dr. I / Dr. Ein especially didn't sound right, and all of his radio calls to Bomberman are subtitled anyways.
So, here basically in the Normal game mode you have all of Dr. I's radio calls undubbed, as well as a bit of banter from the last couple of bosses undubbed.
There's only one voice acted video in the game, here it's replaced with the Japanese version. (EDIT: Now with subtitles!) Also, I've gone with the Japanese voice clip where Bomberman says his name at the title screen. (If you want the USA clip where it says the game title just remove "Saturn Bomberman (USA) (1S) (Track 02).xdelta" from the "xdeltas" folder before patching).

I believe all the other voice clips ("START!" "SPECIAL!" "POWERGLOVE!" etc..) are located in "PROGRAM.BIN" but I don't know how to mess with that, so I've just replaced what I could.
I kinda like it, maybe you will too.

Game tested all the way through, working perfectly in Retroarch Beetle Saturn core.

What to do with multiple .bin "Track" files?

I like searching for cool hacks and translations of old games that were left in Japan. All translation and hacking credits go to their respective authors. I don't translate games :)
