Here's how to play as Scourge:
Go to options menu.
Select theme "Double".
Scroll down to "Password" and enter "CHEATER" to unlock level select.
Go back to title screen.
Activate level select by holding A and pressing Start.
Select the level you want, you'll be playing as Scourge.
