Mr. Balls is a Puzzle video game published by AtGames, Tec Toy and developed by Devworks Game Technology released on 2004 for the SEGA Genesis.
Also known as Bil Bolha for the Mega Drive/Genesis. It's a puzzle game made infamous for being included in AtGames' plug-n-play systems... I kinda like it, I used to play this mini game a lot on Chinese handhelds back in the early days.
