Custodian is a Arcade/Bootleg/Shooter video game published by Piko Interactive and developed by Realms Software Concepts released on 2018 for the SEGA Genesis.
Hmmmm I've seen it labeled as a homebrew port, but since Realms also developed the Atari port back in the day (1989), I believe that's actually a canceled Genesis port (that ended up being published in 2018 by Piko). If you have better info about this one (lately I'm not being able to research about these games as I'd like to) let us know in the comments!
