Commandos (二战特种兵) is a Bootleg/Strategy video game published by Dragon Co., Glorysun, Hummer Software, New Game released on 2006 for the SEGA Genesis.
"This is the Russian version of the Chinese [bootleg] demake of Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines for Mega Drive. The game includes 5 of the 20 missions present in the PC version. It's also missing the driver character. The game is significantly downsized to be able to run on 16-bit hardware. However, it is surprisingly well done. A Chinese/English version of this rom exists, but it has not been dumped yet. [It] works fine in emulators." (from the Internet Archive entry)

The chinese version added here is a hack retranslating it to chinese, said to be made by SkyLeague but I couldn't find original sources.
