Game Description:

Almost 20 years after the release of the game in Europe, there is now a way to remove the PAL censorship of the game and be identical to the NTSC-US version. This censorship affects a creature of the game. It replaces the Grey Child (which we normally encounter at the beginning of the game, Midwich School and Lakeside Amusement Park) with Mumblers, an orange/brown creature that can be found in the sewers. With this patch, the PAL version is now like the NTSC-US version of the game, without censorship.

Note: This patch only uncensors, it doesn't change the frame rate. If you want to play at 60FPS you can use Duckstation and enable:
Enhancement settings > Force NTSC timings (60hz on PAL)
