This is the v0.3.1a of the game, made by TT-Team, and AFAIK it works only on real hardware, so probably no emulation ok? I know there is a v0.4.21 but I could never make it work on my PSP...
To make it run, you need just to place the "TTPSP" folder inside the "GAME" folder on your PSP:
