Miami Vice: The Game is a Third Person Shooter video game published by Vivendi Games released on July 21st, 2006 for the PlayStation Portable.
"Europe" ISO has several languages I think multi-5 but didn't test all. Redump says it doesn't. but it's wrong.
There's no in-game selection for languages. The bios has to be set to the preferred language before launching the game.
