Hello, Corpse Party community! My name is Leah, and today I’m presenting an English patch for Corpse Party 2U on PSP—a game that never officially released outside Japan on this platform. It wasn’t until years later that it received an English translation.
In this project, I focused on creating a backport by bringing the official English translation, along with some graphics, into the PSP version.
This patch was tested on a PS Vita using Adrenaline, so it works on original hardware.

Notes on Development
Researching how the game works was a long process. The biggest challenge was repacking the game’s .cpk data. While CPK archives are usually easy to handle, this game uses custom parameters that made the process significantly more difficult.
Fortunately, the game shares similarities with Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace, which helped me find useful resources on GitHub. Special thanks to compupro and Riku for their contributions.
