The old undub patch by emuler had a few technical issues:

1. Busted SFX audio with incorrect or non-functional playback due to copy-pasted sound banks from the demo versions of the game, which are halfway-incompatible with the retail versions.
2. Copy-pasted streamed audio from the demo versions of the game over the retail version's Japanese voice clips, resulting in inconsistent cast for some characters and random up-pitched voice clips.
3. Wholesale copy-pasted Japanese textures and archives containing textures & models, including the text embedded into said textures; Sophia/Ryouko has incorrect hair texture as well.

This undub addresses all of the issues listed above by using retail JP sound banks (with only one sound bank needed to be edited to mute a single English-exclusive voice clip), adding retail JP streamed audio to the NA/EU audio archive that was expanded to include JP-exclusive entries (6 Engish-exclusive voice clips had to be made mute), and selectively carrying over Japanese textures only to restore character and some item appearances (the few renamed textures in the localised versions of the game were matched with their Japanese counterparts, too).
The old undub patch also resulted in an ESR-converted ISO, which is not the case here of course. And there's also a patch available for the superior European version of the game now.

None of the character and location names were de-localised, nor did the censored scenes were uncensored. Sorry about that. The reason being that there's just not enough space in the executable & nasty "MWo3" module-binary hybrid files to fit quite a few names, and I'm completely clueless about the censored stuff. I would've loved to de-localise the game, but it's beyond what I can do, so restored JP character looks is all you get here.
