Game Description:
Hack that sets the game's AI back to what it was in Super Street Fighter 2, meaning it no longer input reads and actually provides a fair challenge. The Capkore release is a Japan only, much rarer release that fixes a bug related to Vega's (Claw) input for Barcelona drop, (c) D, U + K, which was mistakenly coded as (c) U, D + K in the U.S and European releases.

RB's Notes: BillyTime made a patch for the Capkore version as a personal favor to me quite a long time ago (and I can't even remember the specifics), so I'm adding it to the the Repo for archival because this version hasn't been released publicly.
