Due to compatibility issue with PCSX2 you have to go to:
Config -> Emulation Settings and set EmotionEngine to Interpreter and tick Enable EE Cache (Slower).
Then System Boot ISO (Fast) as usual. It will take a long time on a black screen. But eventually will show Idea Factory Logo. At this point you can change EmotionEngine back to Recompiler.
At the Title Screen press F1 to save a state so you don’t have to repeat the process each time. Use F3 to load the state.
