Touhou Yumejikuu - The Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream (東方夢時空 ～ The Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream) is a Shoot 'Em Up video game published by Amusement Makers and developed by ZUN Soft released on December 29th, 1997 for the PC-98.
The third game in the Touhou series.
This entry introduces a competitive versus‑style shoot‑’em‑up system, rather than the traditional single‑player stage progression.
The player and the opponent fight on separate but parallel fields, defeating waves of enemies to charge up and send special attacks to each other.
Each match is won by out‑surviving the opponent.
