Hello Kitty World (ハローキティーワールド) is a Platformer 2D video game published by Character Soft released on 1992 for the NES.
A NES version of Balloon Kid featuring Hello Kitty characters.
Balloon Kid alternates between flying mode with balloons and running mode without them. You can release your balloons to walk normally and reach places you couldn't otherwise. Additionally, you can inflate new balloons using the down d-pad.
