Futebol is a Bootleg/Soccer video game published by milmar released on 1991 for the NES.
I think what happened here was that milmar hacked the game "Ultimate League Soccer" by C&E (Computer & Entertainment) changing all teams to Brazilian ones. I think Ultimate League Soccer was already an unlicensed game in itself.
