Meijin-Sen
So first of all this isn't an N64 game, but an arcade (Aleck 64) game playable with MAME.
The Aleck 64 is an arcade machine based on the N64. Check the readme for real details.
The game itself is Japanese chess (Shogi).
I tested it on Retroarch with the Mupen64Plus-Next core and it worked fine.
The only difficulty was finding the insert coin key bind, for me it was Z trigger (Numpad 7).
