RB's Notes 1: The 60 FPS version, as of 1.2, seems to have reached stability. It also contains a video configuration submenu (pictured) so you can change visuals to your liking.
RB's Notes 2: Actually, it seems 1.2 does have all characters unlocked. I can't confirm the extra cheats, though.
RB's Notes 3: SRAM support is required for version 1.2; keep that in mind if intending to play on real hardware.
