This is a little rom hack for the Japanese and North American versions of Yu-Gi-Oh! - Ultimate Masters - World Championship Tournament 2006 (AKA. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Expert 2006 in Japan) that fixes the infamous 'Huge Revolution' bug (which made it impossible to complete the 'Huge Revolution' challenge) and thus makes it possible to 100% complete the game.
