A quick Description: Pokemon Evolved is Pokemon Leafgreen but every pokemon lines have 5 or 6 stages (and legendaries have 3). It includes 354 pokemon in the game. the actual world of the game isn't changed at all though, so its just gen 3 kanto again. Also you get infinite rare candies which means no grinding if you just want to see all the fakemon or want to try out a ton of them
A quick note the patch is not for firered squirrels but for leafgreen 1.1 if you do your own patching.
