RB's Notes 1: Out of my own volition I also added 7. No Bumpy Ice by seiken, to lessen visual discomfort in ice/snow tracks, hence why I appended "Plus" to the filename.
RB's Notes 2: Try as I might, I could not add Mario Kart Fixed Circuit without breaking the sound engine completely, so if you want to experiment with that, you'll have to do that in a vanilla sounding ROM.
