Final Fantasy VIII (特种部队 A计划) is a Bootleg/RPG video game published by Waixing and developed by Waixing released on February 11th, 2000 for the GB Color.
A bunch of new chinese bootleg games were discovered and dumped recently, but we still don't know shit about them, except that they're all from Waixing.
It's interesting to notice Squall is blonde here, making him closer to Amano's concept arts! I couldn't win a single combat in this game, so that's why the screenshots are so from the beginning. It started with Squall in the enfermary at least, so maybe it's more like that NES FFVII "demake", you know? And less like that FFIX GBC random beat 'em up game. I hope someone translates it soon, it seems to be cool.
