This is the second disk ROM (NOINTRO). The game cannot start directly from it.
You need to boot disk 1 (Zenpen) and choose the option to continue from disk 2 (i believe third option) then switch disk, now beware switch DISK (ROM) not sides (A/B). Not all emulators can do this! So there’s a merged fds ROM with both discs also on this site.
