The King of Fighters Evolution is a Fighting video game published by SNK released on October 25th, 2001 for the SEGA Dreamcast.
The King of Fighters Evolution is a semi-remake of KOF’99 for the Sega Dreamcast. It was the beginning of the NESTS saga, KOF’s second storyline which introduces a new main protagonist (K’) along with other new characters and gameplay changes, most notably becoming a 4 vs. 4 team-based fighter, where the 4th fighter is a “Striker”- a passive assist character. This Evolution port presents modified stages to be more arcade-perfect, as well as extra Strikers.
