I think the remit for Gen Z is too wide. Wikipedia says it's 1997-2012, but people on either side of that range are going to have huge life differences due to the mid-2010s culture shift.

I'm a pre-2000 zoomer, and have essentially nothing in common with Millennials or post-2010 Gen Z. I wouldn't say I have anemoia, but I've definitely been influenced by media and mindsets that came out before I did.

I haven't played any of the Hamtaro games yet but I have seen some of the anime a few years ago, (though I don't remember which episodes).
