1. Swap region from $50 to $402. Palette conversion via LUT at $8000 (bank 56)
3. SMS I/O init, flip a region bit for Genesis pad support, remap Start to Pause
4. Patches the sound engine to prevent stereo writes
There was a nasty NOP sled whenever the sound engine touched the GG
stereo-panning register. This was triggered after selecting Game Start
from the main menu. Wonder if it was intentional 🙂Credits
