Tun Shi Tian Di III (呑食天地III) is a Bootleg/RPG video game published by Chuanpu, Li Cheng, SKOB released on 1997 for the SEGA Genesis.
The wikipedia says its title could be translated as "Ingestion of Heaven and Earth III", but we can see it also being mentioned as "Conquering the World III" or "Destiny of an Emperor III". Then you ask me, "what about the two previous games???" and I tell you, apparently they never existed. It was released already as III, probably as some sort of commercial strategy or as a way to make it sound more like the greatest JRPGs, such as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, that many of us met when they were in a later numbered entry, like III, IV, VII etc.

"This patch just translates Destiny of an Emperor III from Traditional Chinese characters (繁體字) to Simplified (简体字) as is used by China today. The patch is done by swapping fonts. Because a different font is used for menus, the menus are still in Traditional characters making this patch incomplete."
