Shui Hu Zhuan (水浒传) is a Bootleg/RPG/Strategy video game published by Chuanpu, Li Cheng released on 1996 for the SEGA Genesis.
SegaRetro says it was also called "Tiger Hunter Hero Novel" and "Suikoden", being "based on the titular 14-century Chinese novel Shui Hu Zhuan (Water Margin Story)". So that explains to me why its name is so close to "Shui Hu Feng Yun Zhuan" (水滸風雲傳), the beat 'em up game! Both, and also "Suikoden", were inspired by the same story.
